JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Honey Nest is the premier Digital Marketing Agency for Franchise Concepts and Service-based businesses.. We were founded by an Entrepreneur who worked in countless agencies that didn’t get marketing and didn’t specialize in Facebook Ads – and had enough! He figured it out on his own, and we are now on a mission to bring these skills and capabilities to the leading franchise brands and businesses alike. We specialize in consumer service brands in the health, wellness, and fitness industries.

REQUIREMENTS

You have achieved success as an Account Manager in a fast-paced environment. This is not your first rodeo. You have strong technical skills in Google and Meta Products and know how to navigate Slack. You have a strong desire to help others succeed and the ability to push back when a client is making mistakes, and always come prepared with an answer, not a problem.

You operate with a high degree of structure and skill. You’re fairly analytical and have a strong drive to master and complete all assignments. You have a temperament that allows you to work with multiple personality types while maintaining a professional, enthusiastic, and positive demeanor. You are comfortable with correctly completing operational procedures and like to help improve systems and procedures.

You are proactive with leadership and take ownership of an account, rather than having reactive service.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Optimization, Analysis, Project Management & Reporting(80% of The Week):

Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies.

Work with your Account Specialist to complete projects on time

Maintain extreme attention to detail and double-check the minutiae

Weekly and monthly reporting are done for our partners.

Team Meetings (15% of The Week):

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and troubleshoot opportunities.

Review the client's CRM we host to see areas of opportunity and improvement

Engage customers as needed in collaboration with the client success manager. Your role is primarily performance and account-based, not client-facing.

When campaigns are not meeting key performance metrics, work with our Client Success team to make changes and the client for proactive improvements.

Client Updates (2-5% of The Week)

Exceed our client expectations, every day by being KIND and HELPFUL, lead with purpose and the better good.

Ethically sound and with a personal pride in how others perceive you

Note: You will have a "Account Specialist" who will do the bulk of ad creation and implementation across all of the client locations we manage, but we expect our "Account Managers" to have intimate knowledge of the Facebook Ads platform so that they can effectively make minor campaign changes and communicate our Digital Marketing strategy effectively to our clients. You will not be running ads, but keeping extreme accountability and think like a marketer. Working with your account specialist does not mean that you will pass everything along to them, but you will support them in helping your role with rolling out changes, building on new campaigns, and pushing new creatives out. All of which you have approved and also know how to perform in case they get stumped.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have 2+ years of Paid ads experience in Meta and Google

Be capable in Google products (Gmail & Calendar)

Marketing experience, specifically in a Facebook Business Manager, is strongly preferred

Must love helping people succeed

Display critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Extremely goal-oriented with a positive attitude and high energy

Ability to perform well with or without detailed directions. Proactivity is huge in this role in the company and is embedded in our culture.

Leader spirit with a figure-it-out attitude

Goal-oriented with a positive perspective and a deep desire to achieve for our clients

Deliver high-quality work with extreme attention to detail

Must be highly ethical and have a strong work ethic

Must be able to work autonomously and within a team environment. This is a fully remote position. If you can’t manage your time effectively, you cannot succeed here.

Bonus Desirable Experience:

- Managing or navigating through ad accounts or Business Manager on Facebook/Meta.

- HighLevel (CRM) and Zapier

- Slack & Zoom

- Experience in a digital marketing agency or in franchising is not required, but highly desirable
